We have set up a dedicated phone support line for your convenience: assistance is available at 630-549-1080 any time between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. central time, Monday through Friday. If you call outside of business hours, you will be given an opportunity to leave a voice mail message for the SidwellMaps support staff. Your call will be returned during the next available business hours.
We have also set up a dedicated email address to accept technical support inquiries: direct your questions to HelpDesk@sidwellco.com. You should receive a response to your question within 30 to 60 minutes time during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. central time Monday through Friday.) If your inquiry is received outside of regular business hours, you may expect to receive a response no later than 2 hours into the next available business day.
