Printing Reports

Generating a Report
By clicking the Print button on the main tool palette, you can generate a report with a map centered on the highlighted parcel, or a legend.  Also, all of the pertinent information regarding the parcel that appears in the bottom panel will be listed below the map.  The report will be opened in a new window.

Reports will only be generated one parcel at a time.  If you have selected a parcel from the Search Form, the last parcel that was selected will be the parcel reported upon.

The selection of features set to be visible on the map will have no bearing on the report.  All of the features available at a particular scale set by the map view will appear on the report.  Aerial photography will not appear on the report.

Printing Reports
The report will print based upon your default settings in Windows.  The report will always print on a minimum of 8.5 x 11 size paper with a portrait orientation.
